Delivery

Our aim is to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. We use a variety of carriers to achieve this and try to give you as much choice as possible. You can usually choose between Royal Mail, Economy Courier or an Expedited courier service. Royal Mail First Class is not available on orders over 2KG.

Royal Mail
First or Second Class Royal Mail, depending on order weight. Usually disptached the same day if ordered before 3pm. Please note that although this service is usually very fast, Royal Mail offer no guarantees and we cannot investigate reported losses until 14 days has passed. Please see terms and conditions.Prices range from £2.99* to £4.99* depending on the weight of the order.

Economy Courier
This will either be a Royal Mail Tracked service or a signed for courier service. In both cases, a signature will be required so please make sure somebody is available. The time frame is 1-4 days. Sometimes this service will be next day, but during busy times please allow 4 days for delivery. Price is £4.99* for any order size.

Expedited (1-2 days)
Our premium delivery service when you need the item fast. Delivery will usually be by Initial City Link, Interlink Express or DHL. Orders placed by 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day on a next day service. Please note this service applies Monday to Friday, not weekends. For example, an order placed before 1pm on Friday would usually arrive on Monday. 95% of orders placed before 1pm will be delivered to your door on the next working day.

This service requires a signature so please make sure somebody will be available to accept delivery. This service is charged at a flat rate of £6.99*.

2 Day Courier
This service applies to orders outside of mainland UK. Your order will be delivered by on a 2 day service. Orders placed before 1pm should be dispatched the same day.

Prices are £16.99* up to 8kg and £1* per Kilo over that. This is a signed for service, so please make sure someone will be available to accept the delivery.
